How to understand & prepare:
ASE [Associated Senior Executives] was founded in 1963 by an exceptional group of retired executives and entrepreneurs. Their goal was to give something back to the business community that helped make them successful. Since that time, ASE has helped hundreds of businesses improve sales growth, profit and operational efficiency. ASE Members volunteer their time, offering practical advice from their own experience leading successful businesses. We act as an honest sounding Board providing an oversight of your business – Not just WHAT to do but also show you HOW.

ASE is a brilliant group of professionals in one spot. I am so grateful to have meetings with them. In each meeting I receive authentic and thoughtful advice. Each feedback stands for years’ experience and practice. Meet them and most importantly take action upon their advice!

What a remarkable encounter. Imagine this: you have made a big success of your life and retired. In a cold, snowy winter day, you come to a place to dispense valuable business advice to a young entrepreneur like myself. That’s true commitment and the essence of giving back. (That’s this group ASE). Thank you for sharing valuable advice and I look forward to being back to discuss more.

I’ve been with ASE for years, and I have to give them credit for helping me with a lot of the major decisions I’ve made for my business. On top of that they’ve been a sounding board for everything I’ve done, and have been invaluable to me through good times as well as the rougher times. Thanks so much!

A fantastic group of people that provide a great deal of wisdom and advice. They’ll look for holes that you never knew you had and better yet, provide actionable suggestions to help you improve. Be willing to commit. The sessions improve as they learn more about your business.

I visited A-S-E with a concept and no clear plan how make it a reality. They listened to me and 1 1/2 hours later, they turned my idea 180 degrees to something much more realistic and achievable. I had left with a clear plan of attack on how to achieve what I really wanted. Thank you very much. Looking forward to another meeting.

The service Shishir and his board are offering is invaluable to self-employed people. My husband has met with them several times and has received a lot of critical information that he needs to proceed with his succession planning.
