4 years of brand management/marketing with Warner Lambert Canada and Coca Cola Canada 44 years as a franchise owner of 6 different Canadian tire Stores, ending up with the largest store of all the CTC stores in Mississauga. This experience has given me insight into dealing with a large staff, 150 in last location and in with customers in the very fast paced ,changing and extremely competitive retail environment we have today in Canada.

was successfully built to a staff topping at 100. The company was sold in
2005 and still operates as a subsidiary of a large US based Call Centre

Al Vincze has a business background primarily in energy storage products, and related manufacturing processes. In a General Manager capacity he managed a team of technical development professionals, a sales/marketing group, and a network of manufacturing subcontractors and joint venture partners. This team was successful in developing a new process technology for fabricating both automotive and industrial standby power batteries. This new technology was awarded a Canada Awards for Excellence- in Innovation. Al was a key contributor to five related patents, four of which have been commercialized. The new technology developed by his team enabled the fabrication of a lighter, lower cost, extended life battery. His team's marketing success saw the new technology sold to 55 companies in 30 countries worldwide, as it assumed a dominant market position. He relates well to an entrepreneurial business environment.
